  • Who can become an affiliate?

    Our affiliate programme is open worldwide and welcomes content creators, students, spiritual businesses, crystal lovers, influencers, and anybody who genuinely aligns with The Crystal Bar Academy and our courses.

  • How much commission will I earn?

    Affiliates earn 20% commission on every successful course sign-up made through their personal referral link. Current commission examples include: • £11.11 course = £2.22 commission • £37.77 course = £7.55 commission • £41.11 course = £8.22 commission • £55.55 course = £11.11 commission Bundle commissions will vary depending on the bundle purchased and any offers running at the time.

  • What happens if somebody uses a payment plan?

    If a customer chooses a payment plan, your commission will also be split into payments and paid to you as their payments are successfully received by us.

  • When are affiliate payouts made?

    Affiliate payouts are usually processed monthly, typically towards the end of each month. We have chosen monthly payouts to help keep payment dates simple and easy for everybody to remember.

  • Can I request an earlier payout?

    Yes. As you will be able to track your earnings throughout the month, if you would prefer an earlier payout, please contact Claire directly at [email protected]. Earlier payouts can usually be processed within 24–48 hours once confirmed.

  • How will my referrals be tracked? Will there ever be bonuses?

    Once approved, you will receive your own unique affiliate dashboard and log in where you can track course purchases made through your recommendations, and how much commission will be payable to you. Will there be future bonuses or rewards? As the programme grows, there may also be opportunities for bonuses, rewards, collaborations, featured affiliates, and additional incentives in the future.

  • Do I need to have studied with the Academy already?

    Not at all. Whilst many affiliates may already be students themselves, this opportunity is open to anyone who genuinely believes in what we teach and feels aligned with sharing the Academy.

  • Is there a minimum sales target? And do I need to declare my earnings?

    No. There is absolutely no pressure or minimum sales requirement. Whether you refer one person or many, every referral is truly appreciated. Affiliates are responsible for declaring any income earned through the programme to the relevant tax authorities within their own country. Depending on your location, you may also need to register as self-employed or follow local regulations regarding additional income.

  • Will support and promotional materials be provided? And can I choose my own website name?

    Yes. We are currently creating a dedicated Facebook community where affiliates can share ideas, ask questions, support one another, and discuss ways to help grow sales together. We are also looking to create a dedicated Instagram space where graphics, promotional content, and ideas can easily be remixed, reshared, and used in your own authentic style. You can also remix, repost or reshare any of our content, just ensure you are directing your audience to your link. Through services such as GoDaddy, you may point your affiliate link to a more memorable website name or custom domain if you wish. However, please gain the approval for the name first. Please also ensure your affiliate link is always written and shared correctly in full, as commission tracking relies on the exact link being used. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for commissions lost due to incorrectly written or altered links.
