5. Educational Content Disclaimer

The content provided by The Crystal Bar Academy is for personal and professional development and does not constitute regulated training, licenses, or qualifications. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the content is in compliance with applicable laws in your country.

Our therapy-based courses are for personal development only and do not qualify you to diagnose, treat, or provide therapy services unless you already hold the required credentials.

• Access to digital content is granted immediately upon payment.

• We reserve the right to modify, update, or cancel course content, assessments, or certification without notice.

• By enrolling, you accept full responsibility for how you use the content.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any original content you upload (e.g., quizzes, assessments, or responses). You are solely responsible for your submissions and ensuring they comply with applicable law and our policies.

8. Feedback

Any feedback submitted to us (suggestions, testimonials, ideas) may be used by us freely and without compensation.

9. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

Payments

• All fees are due in local currency (GBP) and must be paid in full at time of purchase.

• Failure to pay may result in restricted access or recovery action.

Payment Processing

Payments are securely handled by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your financial information. Stripe's terms also apply to your transaction.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Refunds & Returns

• Digital Courses: Eligible for exchange within 7 working days, unless the content has been accessed or completed.

• Excessive refund requests or policy violations may result in restricted account access.

• Physical Products: Refunds require items to be returned in original condition, at the buyer’s cost. Returns without prior approval are not eligible for refund.

10. Future Memberships

If we launch a membership scheme, it will be on a monthly or annual basis. Memberships will auto-renew unless cancelled.

• A 14-day cancellation period will be honoured from the start of a new membership.

• Partial refunds may be considered if no benefits have been used.

• Pricing is subject to change at renewal.

11. Security

While we use industry-standard safeguards via Thinkific, we cannot guarantee complete security. Please notify us immediately of any suspicious activity or unauthorised account use.

12. Use of Cookies
